Full Time Agents:  Homestead Real Estate only hires full time agents.  This is our job, and we take it very seriously.  We meet once a week as a group to preview new properties and discuss real estate trends that effect our business.

Separate Rental Department:  Homestead was the first agency in Cape May County to split the sales department from the rental department.  Our broker made this decision to better serve our clients.  My area of expertise is sales and the comparables in the area.  Our rental agents are experts in making your rental property stand out in the crowd, and optimizing the exposure your home receives via our website and 360 degree tours.  Homestead was again the leader in our area by going paperless, sending our leases via email.  This year we have added the ability for landlords and tenants to sign leases their through email, streamlining the process for both the landlord and tenants.

Full Time Secretary:  Our secretary, Laurie, is here to take your calls and set up the showings of your home from other agencies even if I am out on an appointment.  She provides a constant contact for other agencies as well as tracking the number of showings and feedback forms.

Full Time Bookkeeper:  Our bookkeeper Denise makes everything run smooth.  If you have a rental property listed with Homestead, all the pressure is off because she maintains each listing meticulously.  All those partial payments are tracked by Homestead and sent to you in a monthly check.

Full Time Website Manager:  More and more, clients are relying for information on the internet.  Homestead recognizes this both in our sales and rental departments.  Patti is constantly upgrading our website to make sure that it is #1 when someone is searching the internet.  She also does our 360 degree tours for our sales and rental departments.  Her dedication to detail, continues to make Homestead a leader in technology in our area.

Linen Service:  Homestead also provides a linen service.  If you have a rental property, we can offer this service to your guests so that all they have to bring their bathing suits!  Our guests love this service because they often rent homes and do not have the right size sheets to correctly cover the bedding.  They just pick it up when they go through our drive through check-in service and head to their vacation home.
